Berry & Chia Seed Synbiotic Breakfast Bowl

This Daily Synbiotic breakfast bowl is so simple and delicious you’ll want to make it everyday – it can be made with as little as 3 ingredients or ‘jazzed’ with whatever you have in your cupboards.

The base

For the base of the bowl we mix our Daily Synbiotic with a yogurt containing live cultures (the more probiotics the merrier!). If you’re looking for a high protein option you could opt for Greek yogurt, or, if you’re dairy-free there are some great alternative options out there – just check the back of the pot to see if it’s been fortified with bacteria and calcium for maximum health benefits.

Fibre & Fruit

Next we like to bulk it out with some fibre, we usually opt for chia seeds and whichever berries with have in the fridge or freezer but you could swap this out or add even more with oats and other fruits. Variety makes the gut happy so why not switch out the ingredients every other day?

Toppings

This is where you can get creative and add pretty much anything you fancy! Some of our favourite add-ons include:

  • Honey
  • Hemp seeds
  • Desiccated coconut
  • Flaked Almonds
  • Dates
