Your journey towards a healthier gut and a happier you begins here. This week, we’ll be looking at when and how to incorporate Aguulp for Gut into your daily routine, as well as the benefits of a food diary and how we’ll be using it over the next 12 weeks to help you understand what’s influencing your gut, mood and overall wellbeing.

Your Journey Starts Here

Your journey towards a healthier you begins here.

As well as the convenience of a regular delivery and not having to worry about re-ordering or running out of Aguulp, your subscription also provides you with additional support wherever you are in your journey towards obtaining, maintaining or optimising your lifestyle.

Wherever you are, however you’re feeling – we’re here to help.

The effects of our wonderful formulas are cumulative; as well as providing instant benefits, they are also an investment into your future health and wellbeing, ensuring you’re supplementing your diet with an optimal level of nutrients – encouraging your body and mind to not just function, but thrive.

The journey towards a healthier gut isn’t straightforward – stress, infections, sleep disorders, gut-disrupting medicines and vitamin deficiencies can all contribute to a reduction in healthy gut microbiota and as a result poor gut health. It’s an all too common symptom of a modern lifestyle which can lead to health problems that impact not only your physical but also your mental health.

That’s why we’re going to spend your first twelve weeks helping you get to know your gut.

Throughout this journey we’re going to be taking a deep dive into your diet, sleep, immune system, cognitive function and much, much more, beginning by introducing Aguulp for Gut…

So why start with Aguulp for Gut? It contains a number of essential nutrients that help to support a healthy gut. Take Inulin for example, a soluble fibre that increases the frequency of your bowel movements while also slowing digestion – enabling your body to better absorb nutrients from the food you eat. Also FOS’s & GOS’s, prebiotics which help to increase Bifidobacteria (apologies for all the technical jargon) which produce chemicals known as short chain fatty acids, an important energy source for cells, as well as supporting the function and health of the large intestine – and breeaath. So you now have a better understand of why your taking it, so the next question is when…?

We’d recommend introducing it into your morning routine. It can be taken out of the sachet at home, stirred into water, a smoothie, with food or taken on the go.

We’d also like you to keep an honest (very honest) food and drink diary of what you’ve been eating and drinking, as well as the feeling you’re left with afterwards. We’ve recommended two diaries (an app and a physical diary) that are perfect for monitoring the patterns between what you eat and how you feel…

You may feel light, energised, well satiated (satisfied and full), still hungry, bloated, tired, sore… any number of things – this information is so important to keep track of over time, and we recommend it becomes part of your regular routine – one of many healthy habits we’ll be introducing on this journey.

We’d also like you to take the additional step of keeping a note of your trips to the bathroom – regular or irregular? Time of day, appearance of your stool; a good barometer is the Bristol Stool Chart. If you happened to order one of our Gut Tests with your subscription you’ll have probably received your ‘Gut Score’ by now which’ll give you some indication on how far you need to shift the Needle.

Wake up excited knowing you’re doing something great for your physical and mental wellbeing.

You’ve probably had a ‘gut feeling’ before? We’re here to help you improve yours.
